Easy to use, sends useful info about investments, problems, have forum... Have many companies with many loans. Have bonds, ETFs... I'm satisfied. But also have disadvantages like loan vs notes.

Trustpilot, pls reflect two ratings on companies: one without the invited reviews and one with invited ones. Then, MINTOS real face will show up.
MINTOS SCAM works the following way: Loan Originators (where Mintos owners have stakes) "borrow" money from individuals and don't pay back for years (most likely they'll never pay back). No legal actions against Loan Originators taken despite the years of overdue. Users are ridiculed by double digit return on their dashboards calculated using formula recognized solely by Mintos. Mintos has a knowhow - magical formula which turns losses into positive return. Another knowhow: MINTOS assures people that whoever invests MUST lose money. Unfortunately, these knowhows still work for financially illiterate people.

Good platform, but quite a black box
Never experienced any issues with the platform, overall a good method to diversify your money.
Downsides are that even after several years, it's quite hard to manually manage your portfolio without doing some excel parsing. There's also a lot of details that are simply unclear and not explained if you dig deep enough. Finally, their tax scheme seems to result in (partial) double taxation in Belgium, since there isn't a way to report what Mintos already taxed on the Belgian tax form.

Good portal for invest
I invest since three years in loans in the Mintos portal. You can run ready strategies or put together your own one based on various filters like countries, risk groups, type of loans, runtime, range of interest etc. I choose short loan times, lower risk classes and not to high interests (they are more risky). This is easy to implement, also for a non specialist. Once created and sometimes adjusted, it is running like a machine, you have not to care so much about.

Frozen funds and not asking any questions
After more than 1 year of investments, they decided to make an update of KYC, which is actually fully normal practice. However, they have frozen my account and disappeare. No answering to my emails and not asking any additional KYC questions. Asked just couple short questions, that i have replied within the same day. And then silence.
Already more than 3 months, and still not any questions or unfreezing funds.
Most unprofessional attitude I have ever faced.
Do not advise to invest.

Solid results even after defaults
I have been investing through Mintos for more than 7 years already. As with any long term investment, I've already had my share of ups (high returns) and downs (defaults), but overall results remain strong even after defaults. On top, when a loan originator defaults, Mintos negotiates with them and starts legal action if needed, which has already been successful multiple times (Aforti, Akulaku)

I am using Mintos for two years now
I am using Mintos for two years now, and since my first month in february 2022 when I deposited 60€ and my initial profit was about 0.3€, by the end of this month I will have about 51€ in profit only for march alone.
My balance is about 5230€ and groving with small deposits each week.
Try to look up the company before you invest and the country, the geopolitic of it, the leadership, goverment etc. I stayed away from Ukraine and other countries with turmoil, usually 9-12% should be safe, if you want to get greedy there are some 21% offers out there, but be advised, higher the risk...higher reward, its up to you.
One thing I would like for them to improve, allow us to deposit in more courencies on the app, cause the fee or exchange rate is kinda high on mintos app, like if it was a bit like the one on revolut or monzo plus a small fee I would understand, but its much more disadvantageous than that.
Overall, lets see how far we ca keep going Mintos, I recommend you, don't let me down now!
But as always "hope for the best, prepare for the worst"

Seemingly good interest rates but
Seemingly good interest rates and even a buyback guarantee for bad loans, however a huge ratio of bad debt where lenders seem to "opt out" from the buyback guarantee they given if convenient. Hence ROI is bad. Plus there is a big risk what happens if Russia would attack or even just cripple economic system of Baltics.

Much better transparency
Mintos started providing much better transparency on defaulted originators. I can follow month-to-month progress and can also see future expectations.
Company ratings are a great addition. In the past I was looking at additional sites to provide such ratings, now I can directly apply them to my automatic strategies.
Still, they need to improve transparency on originators not adding loans to Mintos.
DelfinGroup has not added loans for 2 months and there is no comment.

Quick, reliable
Quick investment on my money, the rates are very good (in comparison with my country's banks), some small delays are logical and can withdraw most of my money in short time in case of emergency

Great overall experience
None of the existing P2P platforms in Europe come even close to Mintos. What amazes me is that you keep receiving interest even during weekends and holidays. Your money works 24/7/365, literally. When my balance increased even at 00:30 on 1st January, I was positively shocked! Also, bonds and ETFs were a great addition to already existing notes. In my 5 years with Mintos, I never had an issue with them. My only wish would be to have a quicker responding times from them. Otherwise, they’re great. Highly recommended!

It's a very good platform where you can invest in a peer-to-peer lending. The returns are probably greater than standard investment options and the activities and procedure of the company are trasparent and trustworthy

I have been using Mintos for P2P investing for half a decade now. The return is great, invested capital is growing, and the communication regarding stuck assets and their recovery is also spot on. If one does not greedy and not invest in risky Loans, one has great returns.

Simple and Working
They dont use misleading numbers. Online Interface is simple and working. I hate websites that try hard to be "modern" to the point of being a real pain to navigate and use.

Good and big company
It's a good company. There are some loan originators in default, but mainly due to the pandemic and the war in Ukraine. Nevertheless, the company is trying to recover everything that is possible.

Dors anyone really earn anything
Wrote support, got bo answer. Tried to withdraw money, have to deposit money to get some out. Plus 1/4 of my money has been lost, apparently, not to mention how the payment time on the loans seem to get longer and longer, never ending. Nice on paper, but not for real.
