I am using Mintos over 6 years
I am using Mintos over 6 years. 2 month ago Mintos asked me to provide a new confirmation of address. I provided immediately a new confirmation like I did it when I opened an account, but after 2 month I still see the announcement that Mintos did not have time to check my document. And I see even the announcement that I can not withdraw my money because they still did not check this document. They are so busy to do their job but I can not use my account fully because they work so slowly. What is that? How many months they need just to check 1 page of document with my address?
